Use the Windows installer if you want the normal desktop app setup with shortcuts. Use the portable build if you want to keep the app in a folder and run it directly.

Can I use it without installing anything?
Yes. Open the hosted public web timer at timers.longshotrelay.com.
What if Windows shows a SmartScreen warning?
Windows may warn on new or unsigned app downloads. Confirm the filename says `Public`, verify the checksum when published, and only download from the official Longshot Timers site.
What is included in the public build?
The public build includes the timer dashboard and desktop overlay support. Private operational tools and credentials are not included.
