Feature walkthrough

Everything a crew needs during a run.

Scroll through the main tools users will see in Longshot Timers: route filters, local timers, groups, share links, maps, and desktop overlay support.

01

Jump between station routes.

Use the station filter bar to focus the dashboard on All, Checkmate, Orbituary, Ruin Station, or PYAM-SUPVISR. Crews can narrow the screen to the route they are actively running without losing the global Executive Hangar timer.

02

Run local station timers.

Timer cards track terminals, tablets, keycards, vaults, and compboards. Each card supports start or pause, reset, one-minute adjustments, progress state, and auto restart for repeatable route timing.

03

Create or join a group session.

Create Group starts a shared timer room. Join Group accepts an invite link or group ID plus a join code. Once joined, local changes sync through the Longshot API so teammates can coordinate from the same timer state.

04

Share timer state without a group.

Share Timers creates a link with the current station filter and non-default timer state. It is useful for quick handoffs when someone needs the same dashboard view but does not need live group syncing.

05

Open route maps with timer hotspots.

Station maps include route legends, zoom controls, pan support, hide/show timer overlays, and clickable hotspots for key terminals and tablets. A map hotspot can restart, pause, or reset its matching timer.

06

Keep selected timers in a desktop overlay.

The Windows desktop version can show selected timers in a transparent always-on-top overlay. It is designed for crews who want a compact timer readout while staying focused on the run.
